Domestic Carnivore -Raw Rescue for Dogs and Cats is a no-kill, non-profit animal sanctuary that saves orphaned and abused small breed Dogs and Cats facing pound euthanasia in overcrowded shelters, rehabilitates them and finds qualified forever homes for the adoptable ones.
However a number of animals cannot be adopted out for medical or behavior reasons and so they either have to stay at The Domestic Carnivore Sanctuary or have to be permanently fostered by trained volunteers with all the medical expenses paid for.
